"Rekishi Kaido - gateway to the romantic history of Japan" is a popular TV program, which started in 1994 and introduces many praiseworthy historical sites in the Kansai region with the beautiful images and the narration by Mr. Yozo Dojo. Collecting the selected episodes from the TV program, this DVD has been produced to invite domestic and foreign visitors to the attractive Kansai. Making this DVD is a part of the "Visit Japan Campaign" project, which the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport started in 2003 to generate an increased flow of foreign visitors.
