Episode 12: The Original Gyeongbok Palace: A Virtual Restoration. 600 years ago, the kingdom of Koryo fell, and the kingdom of Joseon was founded. The capital of the new kingdom was Hanyang (Seoul), and Gyeongbok Palace was built as the royal residence and administrative center for the country. Gyeongbok Palace is now in the process of being restored to its former glory.
