Description:
Episode 19: Sin Chaeho. The Only Hope is History. "What is history? It is a record of the struggle between the ego and the non-ego. The 'ego' refers to me, and the 'non-ego' refers to people other than myself. History is the record of the struggle between myself and others." Sin Chaeho lived in a dark time when his country had lost its independence, in a time without hope, and yet he spoke of history as the only hope. Why did he seek hope in history?
